Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Frontline Fire & Flood is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or display magnification. We believe that access to information about emergency restoration services should never be a barrier, especially when someone is dealing with a stressful situation at home or work.

This site is built with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Those guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), define a broad set of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.

What We’ve Aimed to Build

In practice, that means we’ve worked to ensure that:

  • Page structure uses semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate headings, lists, and landmarks in a logical order.
  • Images and non-text content include descriptive alternative text.
  • Color contrast ratios meet or exceed the AA threshold so text remains readable for visitors with low vision or color-vision differences.
  • Interactive elements, buttons, forms, links, are reachable and operable by keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
  • Form fields are labeled clearly so assistive technologies can identify their purpose.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox. Web technologies change, content gets updated, and gaps can appear. We take reported issues seriously and treat them as a priority.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or functionality may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. Third-party tools or embeds, such as mapping widgets or scheduling integrations, may have accessibility limitations that are outside our direct control. We work with our vendors to encourage accessible practices and will look for alternatives when a tool presents a consistent barrier.

How to Report an Issue

If you encounter a page, feature, or piece of content that is difficult or impossible to use, we want to hear about it. Please reach out:

When you contact us, it helps to describe the specific page or feature you were trying to use, the assistive technology or browser you were using, and what happened. We aim to respond to accessibility-related inquiries within a reasonable timeframe and to address confirmed issues as quickly as our development resources allow.

Alternative Access

If a portion of this site is not accessible to you and you need the information it contains, call or email us directly. A team member can provide the same information, service details, scheduling, estimates, insurance coordination, by phone or email at no disadvantage to you.
