Frontline Fire & Flood operates around the clock, when a pipe bursts at 2 a.m. or smoke damage shows up on a Sunday morning, the same dispatch process applies as any weekday. Our Lakewood base keeps us centrally positioned across the south Sound corridor, and calls are routed to the nearest available crew so the gap between your call and boots on the ground stays as short as possible.

Where we work

Our team is based in Lakewood and responds across south King County, north Pierce County, and the surrounding Washington cities that make up the south Puget Sound region. That footprint takes in a mix of mid-century residential neighborhoods, newer suburban developments, and commercial corridors, each with its own quirks when it comes to water intrusion, fire damage, and mold risk. Older homes on pier-and-beam foundations behave differently under a crawl-space flood than a slab-on-grade built in the 2000s, and our crews work across both regularly.

Coverage by distance

Cities closest to Lakewood, Tacoma, University Place, Steilacoom, Fircrest, and nearby communities, see the fastest arrivals under normal conditions. From there, coverage extends north toward Federal Way, Auburn, and the southern edges of King County, and south through Puyallup, Spanaway, and into the communities along the Highway 512 and SR-7 corridors.

The south Sound’s geography shapes every dispatch. The Narrows, I-5 interchange congestion near Tacoma, and SR-167 bottlenecks during peak hours all affect how quickly a crew can reach the outer edges of our service area. We account for that honestly, callers near the edge of our coverage radius will hear a realistic arrival window, not a number we can’t stand behind.
