Terms of Service

What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Frontline Fire & Flood website at frontlinefireflood.com and to any service relationship that begins through it. Using this site means you accept these terms. If anything here is unclear, reach out before you proceed, contact us at service@frontlinefireflood.com or call (253) 200-0503.

Service Area and Scope of Work

Frontline Fire & Flood provides water damage, fire damage, and related restoration services to residential and commercial properties within our defined service area in and around Lakewood, WA and Pierce County. If you contact us from outside that area, we will let you know promptly rather than schedule a visit we cannot fulfill.

Every project begins with an on-site assessment. Any estimate, quote, or scope of work discussed before that assessment, whether by phone, email, or through this website, is informational only. It does not constitute a binding contract. The actual service relationship is governed by a signed work-authorization form, which will detail the agreed scope, timeline, and cost. No work begins until that document is executed.

Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods and due dates are stated in your work-authorization agreement. Payment is expected according to the schedule outlined there. Where Frontline Fire & Flood coordinates directly with your insurance carrier, we will document the loss, photograph affected materials, and submit required documentation on your behalf, but you remain responsible for any balance not covered by your policy, including deductibles. We do not guarantee specific insurance outcomes, as coverage decisions rest with your carrier.

Liability

Frontline Fire & Flood operates as a licensed contractor under Washington State regulations. Our liability is limited to the services described in your signed work-authorization form and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, concealed structural defects discovered during work, or losses outside the agreed scope. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable Washington State law.

Insurance Coordination

With your written or verbal authorization, we may communicate directly with your insurance adjuster or carrier to coordinate documentation and billing. We do not share your information with any third party without that authorization. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from services provided under a signed work-authorization, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing formal action. Any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of Washington State, with venue in Pierce County.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at frontlinefireflood.com/terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
